Our new Service Charter

15 June 2023

After consultation with staff and the community our Service Charter was created.

The Service Charter has been shared with all staff to ensure our promise is met and it will be continuously promoted via Council's communication channels.

The Charter will form an important part of Council's overarching Customer Experience Strategy which is currently under development.


Council meeting

The Service Charter will be presented along with a report on the engagement process during Council's meeting on Tuesday 20 June 2023 with the recommendation that Council receive and note the report.

If you wish to speak at the Council meeting, you must register by 2pm the day of the meeting.
