Camdenville Park is located in St Peters and includes a large soccer oval, playground and a lovely green space.

Initial engagement on the Camdenville Park upgrade began in July 2015 which led to the preparation of a master plan for the park. Works were put on hold from 2016-2022 during construction of WestConnex.

Council is now ready to deliver on the 2015 design with a few fantastic updates included in the adopted master plan.

    Community is invited to review the latest concept design and help finalise the design of the BMX track

    The park and sports field are closed during construction

Explore the master plan

We're delivering the existing design with a few fantastic updates included in the adopted master plan:

  1. Sports field upgrade including new irrigation, turf, lighting, and warm up area
  2. New shared path (walking and cycling)
  3. New pedestrian circuit and link paths
  4. BMX pump track
  5. Little kids pump track
  6. New central play space
  7. Upgraded corner space
  8. Peter Bulger Wetlands investigation
  9. Possible future parking
  10. Amenities building renewal
  11. Water harvesting tank and rain garden

Council is investigating options for developing the existing detention basin into a planted wetland.

Construction is anticipated to commence in early 2024 following design finalisation in 2023.
