At its meeting on Tuesday 25 August 2026, Council made the following decision on the Wicks Park Plan of Management and Masterplan:

1.Council adopt the Plan of Management and Master Plan for Wicks Park attached in the report.

2.Council confirms that all projects included in the Plan of Management will be completed no later than August 2028, funded through both funding from the NSW State Government’s Faster Assessments Incentive Program and developer contributions, and that officers report back to Council, no later than October 2026, with a project plan to complete this work, including indicative timeframes for each upgrade.

3.This report include detailed information on plans to replace any trees that may be removed in the course of upgrading the park.

4.Existing licensees and users be directly consulted and engaged in the detailed design phase for the upgraded tennis courts and facilities.
