Then you should consider representing your Inner West community on a new special interest steering committee. It's aim is to make Marrickville Town Hall an entertainment hub.

Council is seeking expressions of interest from Inner West Council residents who would like to volunteer on the Council steering committee for Marrickville Town Hall in 2022-2023.

Do you have?

• Passion for the arts, entertainment, multicultural performance and live music
• Experience working or volunteering in community-based music, arts and culture, and/or involvement with, or background in multicultural events, culture and activities
• Commitment to diversity and inclusivity within the community
• Previous experience serving on a similar committee
• High levels of personal integrity and ethics
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of local government
• Sufficient time available to devote to responsibilities as a steering committee member, and
  
• Independence and freedom from contractual arrangements with Council.
