Find out what we heard - Improving our website

Between 20 November to 10 December 2023, we asked for feedback on our website www.innerwest.nsw.gov.au.

213 people visited the Your Say Inner West site, 16 participants completed the online survey, 7 people attended an in-person workshop and 2 emails were received.

The key themes from the feedback were that navigation including the search function needs to be improved and information should be simple and relevant.

The feedback received has informed Council’s plan for the website over the next few years. We are working on building a new Digital Experience Platform (DXP) which will make the platform more user-friendly, accessible and designed around your needs.

The DXP will be rolled out in four stages each year over the next three years and regular updates and improvements will take place.
