Between 26 October and 28 November 2023 we sought your feedback on the draft Cycling Strategy. The Engagement Outcomes Report summarises community comments received.

Key points from public exhibition of the draft Cycling Strategy:

• 135 responses were received from 125 people to online questions on the Your Say Inner West project page
• The Your Say Inner West project page received 2366 views from 2098 people
• 78 percent of the online respondents were somewhat, mostly or very satisfied with the draft Cycling Strategy
• 18 submissions from individuals were sent directly to staff
• Six submissions were received from key stakeholders such as bicycle user groups (BUGs), climate action groups and Transport for NSW
• Four submissions from Council’s Local Democracy Group members - Bicycle Working Group and Transport Advisory Committee.

It is anticipated that the report and the final draft Strategy will be considered by Council mid 2023.
