What we heard - Customer Experience Strategy

Between 27 April and 11 June 2023 we sought your feedback on developing the draft Customer Experience Strategy.

Key points on the engagement include:

  • The Your Say Inner West project page was viewed 1,852 times
  • 974 people completed the online survey and 52 community members attended in-person workshops
  • 400 randomly selected people completed a phone survey
  • Key suggestions for improvement included greater responsiveness to requests, progress updates, clear and simple information and improvements to Council's website.

Council meeting

The draft Customer Experience Strategy will be discussed at Council's meeting on Tuesday 12 September 2023. If the document is endorsed, the Strategy will go on public exhibition for 28 days and the community will be invited to provide feedback.

If you wish to speak at the Council meeting, you will need to complete an online form by 2pm on Tuesday 12 September.
