Variation to VPA - 6-26 Grove Street, Dulwich Hill


On 8 April 2014, Marrickville Council agreed to enter into a Voluntary Planning Agreement in association with development at 6-26 Grove Street, Dulwich Hill ("VPA").

Since that date, the property has been sold and the new developer ​has proposed to construct the development in stages. The staging has implications for the delivery of the public benefits agreed to in the VPA although no implications on the amount or quality of those benefits. Amendments to the VPA have been proposed to address these implications.
