Council has resolved to enter into a three year lease (plus a two year option) with the existing operators of the Summer Hill Community Centre.

Who are the existing operators?

Summer Hill Community Centre Incorporated (SHCCI) has occupied the purpose-built Community Centre at 131 Smith Street, Summer Hill for over 10 years. The SHCCI has provided the residents of the local government area with a range of services to benefit the local and broader community during this time.
