At its meeting on 26 July 2016 Council resolved to place the Expenses and Facilities Policy for Implementation Advisory Group (IAG)/ Local Representation Advisory Committee (LRAC) Members on public exhibition.
The purpose of the policy is to ensure that there is accountability and transparency in the reimbursement of expenses incurred or to be incurred by IAG/ LRAC Members. It also ensures the facilities provided to committee members to carry out their functions are reasonable.
The Draft Policy for Payment of Expenses and Provision of Facilities for IAG/LRAC Members is now on public exhibition.
