At its meeting on 10 October 2023 Council resolved to place the following draft policies on public exhibition for community comment.

This Policy establishes a consistent, proactive and measurable approach to effective complaint management for Council.

The Policy outlines Council’s strategy for managing data breaches in line with Council’s commitment to protect Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998.
