Council ran an application process to recruit suitably motivated and experienced people to meet regularly, consult with their own communities and advise Council on the Expression of Interest process. Recruitment was open between 23 October and 13 November and 57 submissions were received. From this ten panel members were chosen and the first meeting was held on 3 December 2020.
