Project details

Concerns have been raised about traffic safety along the southern end of Meeks Road when cars park along the railway corridor. This stretch of Meeks Road is dangerous for bikers and traffic because it is narrow, especially with parked cars on both sides of the road.

Council is proposing to install a yellow 'No Stopping' line and "No Stopping' sign along the southern side of Meeks Road between Braddock Playground and Victoria Road.

This will improve the safety for all road users.
