Our vision

Council and the community must collectively take responsibility for litter, working together to ensure our public spaces are welcoming, accessible, clean and safe.

We may not be able to prevent every piece of litter, but that’s no reason to not take action.

Targets

Project details

The NSW Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Inner West Council received a grant from the NSW EPA under their Litter Prevention Grants Program which is an important element of the NSW Litter Prevention Strategy, providing support for key stakeholders to deliver on-ground and strategic litter prevention projects.

We will be working within the guidelines set out by the NSW EPA as per the Litter Prevention Grants Program (nsw.gov.au)
