Inner West Council as Crown land manager of the Gladstone Park (P500105) intends to enter into a lease agreement with Gladstone Park Bowling Club Limited for the Premises located at Gladstone Park, Balmain.

- The lease is for 10 years with a 10-year option.
- The lessee is Gladstone Park Bowling Club Limited (ABN 27 001 042 691)
- The Premises are to be used as a bowling blub: hiring the bowling greens to members of the public, playing of bowls, the conduct, promotion or holding bowling tournaments.
