What does this proposal include?
Council is proposing to install a Shared Zone in Fozzard Lane, Petersham to improve pedestrian safety. The proposal will formalise a speed limit of 10km/h in the laneway and give pedestrians priority in the laneway.
It is also proposed to install ‘No Stopping’ and ‘No Parking’ restrictions on both sides of Fozzard Lane. This is required to prevent obstruction and access to the laneway, the existing loading dock of Petersham RSL Club, driveways, and emergency facilities at the dead-end.
