Inner West Council intends to enter into a lease agreement with Deadly Connections Community and Justice Services Limited (ABN 55 628 603 396) for the former Marrickville Family Day Care Building located within Enmore Park in Marrickville.

What is included in the Lease?

  • The lease is of the building, and small surrounding fenced area, shown on the image below
  • The lease is for 2 years without any renewal options
  • The use is for office space
