What is this agreement for?
Inner West Council as owner of Elkington Park Cottage, Fitzroy Avenue, Balmain intends to enter into a short-term hire agreement with a registered training organisation (Hirer) to use part of the Premises for a social enterprise activity.
The hire agreement is for the part of the Premises marked with a red dot – only these rooms are included in the short term hire agreement as shown in the plan below.

What are the key features?
The short-term hire agreement includes:
- Maximum 12 month hire agreement period.
- The Hirer is Lumiere Café Pty Ltd (ABN: 37 668 027 209).
- The Premises will be used to provide specialised coffee training classes and education programs to support people facing barriers to employment.
- Classes will be 3 days per week, each session lasting 3 hours and with up to 12 attendees per training session.
- The hire agreement is for
the part of the Premises marked with a red dot – see above plan.
