At its meeting on 29 April 2025 Council endorsed the draft Councillor Expenses and Facilities Policy for public exhibition.
Council meeting
What is this policy about?
The provision of expenses and facilities enables Councillors to fulfil their civic duties as the elected representatives of Inner West Council. The community is entitled to know the extent of expenses paid to Councillors, as well as the facilities provided.
The purpose of this Policy is to clearly state the facilities and support that are available to Councillors to assist them in fulfilling their civic duties.
