Public exhibition of draft Local Area Traffic Management plan
Council has developed a plan to manage traffic and improve safety in the Annandale Precinct. This area is bounded by City West Link, Parramatta Road, Balmain Road, The Crescent, Johnstons Creek, Wigram Road and Mallett Street.
What informed the draft LATM plan?
The plan was informed by:
- Initial community consultation in November-December 2023 <hyperlink to stage one engagement>
- Improving Hinsby Park community consultation, October - November 2024
- Ongoing correspondence from the community about traffic and safety issues in the study area
- A review of traffic volumes, vehicle speeds and crash statistics in the area
