Council is creating a new memorial

Council will be installing a Survival Memorial in Yeo Park, Ashfield to reaffirm the community's commitment to the journey of Reconciliation. The memorial titled 'Breathe' will consist of placing engraved sandstone rocks to act as portals to ancient stories and as a focus for the journey of Reconciliation. The sculpture will be created by artists Nicole Monks and Maddison Gibbs.
