At its meeting on 3 December 2024 Council approved entering into an agreement to grant an easement at 1 Chadwick Avenue Marrickville

Inner West Council intends to enter into an agreement with the owners of no 1 Chadwick Avenue Marrickville to grant to them an Easement for vehicular right-of-way over Council-owned Community land known as Marrickville Parklands and Golf Course located off Chadwick Avenue.

• The easement is to be a permanent grant
• The grantees are Messrs Mytech Trinh and Nathan Win
• The easement will be for vehicular access to Lot A DP 181106, no 1 Chadwick Avenue Marrickville
• The easement area is for the land marked on the attached plan
