Have your say on the proposed amendment to Council’s fees and charges - bonds

Council proposes to abolish ‘bond’ payments for regular not-for-profit groups in regards to their access of small halls and meeting rooms.

These venues include:

  • St Peters Town Hall

  • St Peters Meeting Room

  • Herb Greedy Hall

  • Seaview Street Hall

This proposal has come out of research with existing not-for-profit groups who use Council's community venues

  • to develop equitable access to council venues
  • to support and empower Not-For-Profit Groups,
  • to encourage an increase in capacity of these groups to engage with and deliver services to the broader community.
