Intention to give consent to a lease of a crown reserve

Under Section 102(2) of the Crown Lands Act, 1989, the Minister for Primary Industries, Lands and Water intends (14 days after the date of publication of this notice) to give consent to a proposal by the Camperdown Park (R8205 and D500444) Reserve Trust (Lessor) to the Camperdown Project Pty Ltd (Lessee)

to grant a lease for part of Camperdown Park R1002873 proclaimed a Public Park on 30 March 1886 and notified for an additional purpose of Community Purposes on 12 September 2014.

for a term of 5 years, with options to renew for further 3 x 5 years (total 20 years) for the purpose of community facility consistent with specifications, objectives and agreed manner of use.
