as part of Draft Marrickville Local Environmental Plan 2011 (MLEP) Amendment No.2 and Draft Marrickville Development Control Plan 2011 (MDCP) Amendment No. 2.

    Council considered the matter at a meeting of the Infrastructure, Planning and Environmental Services Committe on 7 July 2015. Read the business paper from this meeting here (IP0715 Item 2). Council resolved to forward the draft MLEP to the NSW Department of Planning & Environment for final approval. The changes in classification will occur once approval is received.
