What is the purpose of these plans?

Marrickville’s Community Strategic Plan Our Place, Our Vision 2023 is the core document that identifies the community’s priorities for Marrickville. The following plans outline how Council’s work will contribute to achieving these goals. Download copies to read online or print from this page's Document Library. Hard copies are available to read at Council's Admin Centre and Libraries.


Delivery Program 2013-17 & Operational Plan 2015-16 sets Council’s priorities for the next four years and detailed action for the next financial year. It also provides a budget overview

Resourcing Strategy ensures Council has effectively planned to resource, operate, develop and deliver on the commitments in the Our Place, Our Vision 2023 over the coming 10 years. The Resourcing Strategy consists of an Overview, Workforce Plan, Information and Communication Technology Plan and Infrastructure Asset Management Plans for Open Space, Transport, Buildings, Car Parks and Stormwater, and a Long Term Financial Plan (10 Years)

Operating and Capital Budget 2015-16 details the proposed budget activity and project details that Council will deliver in 2015-16

Pricing Policy and Fees and Charges outlines proposed fees and charges for Council services in 2015-16




The four year Delivery Program, one year Operational Plan, and the four plans within the Resourcing Strategy must be reviewed annually to ensure adequate resourcing of the Delivery Program and to ensure Council remains on track for the delivery of the Community Strategic Plan; Our Place, Our Vision 2023.
