Convent Lane, Marrickville - improving access

Council is proposing to introduce a section of ‘No Parking’ restrictions in Convent Lane, Marrickville, to improve access to the lane and residents' off-street parking. This proposal addresses concerns about illegally parked vehicles blocking access to residential garages.

The proposed works include installing ‘No Parking’ restrictions on the western side of Convent Lane. This would create a 'No Parking' zone from the rear of 102 to 122 Malakoff Street, Marrickville. View the map for more details.

'No Parking’ restrictions prohibit motorists from parking within the specified zone; however, they can legally stop to load/unload passengers and/or goods.
